The FWCM board of directors holds a general membership meetings once a month on the fourth Friday at 1p.m. in the Delta Room at Del Valle Clubhouse.

There are three standing committees: Budget and Finance committee, which meets the fourth Wednesday of every other month, the Landscape committee, which meets the first Friday of every other month and the Safety & Disaster Preparedness committee which meets the fourth Wednesday of every other month.
